Strata Team is an established strata management and property maintenance consultancy serving residential and commercial owners’ corporations throughout Sydney, Australia. While they had solid industry expertise offline, their online presence failed to reflect their technical capability. Their website was slow, service offerings were bundled under a single, generic page, and local visibility on search maps was virtually non-existent. WebLift Digital was brought in to optimize their site structure, improve page speeds, and build a localized SEO foundation to generate commercial property enquiries.

Client Challenge

Strata Team had two main challenges: a slow site layout and poor local search visibility. The site suffered from long mobile render times (with Largest Contentful Paint exceeding 4.2 seconds), causing a bounce rate of nearly 52%. Furthermore, the site did not rank for any high-value transactional keywords like “Sydney commercial strata management” or “residential strata service Sydney”. All service descriptions were packed into a single page, meaning search engines could not index individual services properly. The company lacked schema markers and had zero map presence.

Solution Implemented

We designed a technical optimization plan focused on separating the service offerings, improving the Elementor layout code, and adding schema microdata:

• Service Page Architecture: Split the bundled services page into 6 distinct pages (Commercial Strata, Residential Strata, Financial Auditing, Building Compliance, and Advisory Services). This allowed us to target specific buyer intents.
• Code Cleanup & Speed Optimization: Removed bloated custom scripts, optimized image formats to WebP, implemented critical CSS, and configured caching headers.
• Local SEO Schema Integration: Wrote and injected custom JSON-LD schema referencing Sydney neighborhoods, industry certifications, and specific local service areas.

Technical Work Completed

We wrote a localized structured data block using JSON-LD. This told Google’s crawler exactly what service area was being targeted:

By restructuring the content and applying local schema details, the results were visible within 6 months:

• Core Web Vitals Pass: Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) dropped from 4.2 seconds to 1.8 seconds.
• Rankings Boost: Ranked on Page 1 for “strata management North Sydney” and “commercial strata audits Sydney”.
• Conversion Lift: Bounce rate fell to 29%, and monthly inbound qualified enquiries rose from 4 to 15.
